All Parties must be approved by management and are subject to facility and staff availability.
Day/Evening Party (during normal operating hours of the pool)

Base Rental Fee $125: 2-hour rental for upper or lower pavilion

Additional hours $100/hour: charge for any hours beyond the first two

You must be a current member of Springdale Swim Club to host an event/party

A guest list must be provided to the pool manager to be used for check in (For parties with more than 15 guests, please provide an adult to help with check in)

No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the Pool grounds without prior approval.

The pool will provide reserved table space under the upper or lower pavilion (please indicate preference below).

The member(s) is to provide general cleanup of the area used by party participants, please designate adult responsible.

All pool rules and safety regulations apply during this event.

No glass of any kind on pool grounds

During regular club hours, parties of 50 or more guests are limited to a two-hour block, plus 30 minutes for cleanup. Guests must vacate the pool promptly to keep facilities accessible for all members, as any additional time requires prior management approval.

Please inform your attendees that overflow parking is available on the grassy hill off Bosley Road near the middle of the property, which is accessible via the driveway by the gated entrance.

Finally, please note that swim tests are strictly mandatory for all child guests with no exceptions.
